We had so much fun at our first "Little Tiger Cubs" Taekwon-do session. We had a really fun warm up and stretch, then Gerard showed us how to develop our gross motor skills; moving our arms to punch and lifting our legs to kick. We had to listen really carefully and follow instructions too. We cannot wait until the next session!
