We had such a wonderful time with Fitness Freddy last week in St John's Hall. As part of our Happy Healthy Kids initiative we invited mums, dads and grandparents to join us to exercise with their children. Fitness Freddy taught our families all the fun dance moves we learn in school. Well done mums, dads, nannies and grandads-you were super!
